Ifigenia Car Rental Terms and Conditions
- The mentioned car types are indicative only.
- Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the vehicle pick up time.
- One way rentals under are available on request with extra charge, depending on different locations.
- International one way rentals are not available. Transporting and driving the vehicles outside the island of Crete is not allowed.
- All renters must hold a valid EU or International Driving License.
- Driver must be 22+ years old, with driver’s license held for minimum 3 years.
- Service will not be given for any unconfirmed reservation.
- Fuel policy : Cars will be returned at the same fuel level as in delivery.
Extra Charges
- Additional Driver :The first Additional driver is free of charge, the 2nd additional driver is extra 2€ per day.
- Baby/Booster Seats : The fist one is free of charge, for the second one there is an extra charge : 2€ per day, per seat.
- GPS : is available upon request with charge : 5€ per day (maximum charge 10 days).
- Night Delivery : Between 22:00 till 09:00 is extra charge of 15€.

Other Information in Insurance
- Not covered by any insurance collision damage caused by alcohol or drug or abuse, as well as traffic violations.
- The renter is responsible for all traffic fines resulting from violation of the Greek traffic law.
- Not covered by any insurance the bottom part, wheels, tires, mirrors, glass and interior.
- No insurance coverage is not valid for loss or damage of the vehicle key, for GPS device and child seats
*Prices include risk CDW security. The amount of risk depends on the category of car. Credit card (not debit) is required as a guarantee. FDW with zero risk is also available, in this case a credit card as a guarantee is not necessary.
