Terms and Conditions
- The mentioned car types are indicative only.
- Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the vehicle pick up time.
- One way rentals under are available on request with extra charge, depending on different locations.
- International one-way rentals are not available. Transporting and driving the vehicles outside the island of Crete is not allowed.
- The company has the right to cancel the reservation at any point:If the renter uses the car for unfair and illegal purposes, for example. smuggling, theft, illegal transport of objects and goods. Or the driver uses the car for any kind of racing or competition (etc.)
- In the event that the vehicle’s license plates are removed by the police, the renter is obliged to contact the agency immediately in order to receive instructions for paying the fine and retrieving the plates from the competent police department, presenting the rental agreement. Please note that in such cases, vehicle replacement is not provided, nor is there any refund for the days that may pass until the license plates are recovered.
- All renters must hold a valid EU or International Driving License.
- Driver must be 24+ years old, with driver’s license held for minimum 3 years.
- Service will not be given for any unconfirmed reservation.
- Fuel policy : Cars must be returned at the same fuel level as in delivery.
Extra Charges
- Baby/Booster Seats : The fist one is free of charge, for the second one there is an extra charge : 1€ per day, per seat.
- After hours pick-up charge (Night Delivery): Between 22:00 till 07:00 there is an extra charge of 20€.
Our prices include Full Damage Waiver. This way you can have your peace of mind. No Credit Card Need. We do not need to preauthorize any amount as warranty.
Please note that the following are not covered by any insurance and may result in charges to the renter:
- Damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, or traffic law violations (e.g. road signs, speed limits, road direction).
- All traffic fines resulting from violations of Greek traffic regulations are the sole responsibility of the renter.
- Damage to the underside of the vehicle, wheels, tires, roof, and interior is not covered.
- Loss or damage to the vehicle key, GPS device, or child seats is not covered by any insurance.
- Off-road driving (on dirt roads) is strictly prohibited and is not covered by any insurance. In such cases, the insurance company does not provide roadside assistance.
- No insurance coverage, if after an accident, driver doesn’t stop and doesn’t take the necessary actions, such as informing our company, the Traffic Police (100), getting names and addresses of those involved in the accident, and not moving the car from the point where the accident took place before the representative of the insurance company or the Traffic Police arrives.
- Strictly prohibited: Transporting the vehicle outside the island is not allowed under any circumstances.
